A visitor must become a registered user to be able to deposit funds into their Flutter Wave Wallet. Participants are required to deposit a minimum of N500 (five hundred naira) into their Flutter Wave Wallet to be able to enter into a Competition.

Card payments to Resilient Competitions will reflect on the customer's statement as Payment to Resilient Competitions Limited.

Customers may be unable to deposit funds as a result various types of reasons. In such an instance, we would recommend that the customer contact their banking provider and where it is confirmed that the issue is from the Merchant, please do notify us through the contact us page on our website.

All entries are final, and you will not be able to withdraw from a competition after you have entered.

To purchase a valid Resilient Competitions Ticket and become eligible for a draw, a Visitor must become a Registered User and must then:

  • Make at least one Entry into a Competition before the closing date of that particular Competition.
  • Ensure that they have received an email from Resilient Competitions with their ticket number(s); acknowledging receipt of payment. Payments can be made through Debit or Credit Card or USSD on our Website

    • Yes, customers can purchase multiple tickets for the same competition in order to increase their chances of winning. However, in most cases, the maximum number of tickets allowed for any given competition will be specified on the Competition’s page.

    Winners will be contacted at the end of the draw on the telephone number and email address provided when entering a competition.

    The winner is selected through an Electronic True Random Number Generator akin to that provided by Random.org. Our software uses the PRNG mechanism for generating a random ticket number as the winner.

    All funds deposited in the Resilient Competitions Wallet, and all Entries to any one Competition are final and do not represent a withdrawable balance. Refunds shall not be given at any time apart from under the circumstances where:

    • The Promoter considers that the Registered User has used the Website or the App in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
    • The Promoter considers that the Registered User is entering Competitions in an excessive manner;
    • The Registered User has become bankrupt;
    • The Promoter considers that the Registered User has used the Website or the App in an unfair manner, has deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of the Promoter or any of its other Registered Users or if the Registered User’s Account is being used for the benefit of a third party;
    • The Registered User’s Account is deemed to be dormant.
    • The Promoter is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court;

    The draw for each competition will take place as soon as the competition ends, or all tickets sell out! The draw will be live streamed on YouTube (or such other live streamed internet channel as the Promoter chooses) and a video of the completed draws, uploaded unto our website.

    Yes, a competition can be closed before the advertised draw date if the tickets have been sold out. However, draws can only hold on the date advertised on the competitions page.
